Currently, InvisionVS LLC contracts with Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc to provide call center
representatives. We are also seeking out new client opportunities to expand our business and to
provide more options for you. If you have a client that wishes to only contract with a business, but
do not have the desire (time and/or money) to set up your own company, we will work with you to get
that contract - contact us now. InvisionVS LLC will take between approximately 6-9% of service fees,
based on performance and service fees earned. You will also have the opportunity (depending on the client)
to earn performance based bonuses.

You will be an independent contractor - please review our
Independent Contractor Agreement. This
means we do NOT take taxes out of your check. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year, and
you will receive a direct deposit twice a month with your service fees. Direct deposits are
processed no later than the 15th and 30th of each month (28th for February) and most banks receive
the direct deposit within 1-2 business days.
Please remember, you are NOT an employee. This means you do not have a guaranteed per hour pay
rate. Most clients pay a specific rate depending on metrics and we will follow that standard. By
following this standard, we will always be pushing for better and better quality. Each client has
specific metrics which you are required to meet, if you do not meet those metrics, Arise and
InvisionVS have the right to terminate you as an independent contractor.
As an Independent Business Owner (IBO), our standards are high, we will watch metrics very closely, provide coaching/mentoring
to help you improve.
