Overview of InvisionVS LLC Services
InvisionVS LLC is an Independent Business Owner (IBO). We contract with
Arise Virtual Solutions
to provide Customer Service Professionals (CSPs). CSPs are virtual call center agents that work
with Arise’s clients to provide customer service, technical, sales, email and chat services.
Most calls CSPs handle are inbound calls. There are very few times a CSP has to call out except
to return customers calls. CSPs use software-based systems provided by the client through Arise in
order to service a client. The phones calls are also routed using phone system software that routes
calls based on what client you are servicing at the time.
There are two ways to work for Arise to service their clients.
- You can incorporate your own business and service through Arise as a CSP. Since you own your
own business you are also an IBO.
- If you don’t want the hassle of incorporating a business and paying all the fees of
incorporation you can go through another IBO which allows you to work under them. This
is the service InvisionVS LLC provides.
Process to become a CSP
- If you would like to become a CSP through InvisionVS LLC the first step is to apply
here.
- We will conduct and interview with you 24 – 48 hours after you apply.
- Create an Arise profile and get a background check run and a voice assessment. If you
currently service Arise skip this step.
- Join InvisionVS LLC.
- After approval you can now request interest in the Arise CSP 101 course.
- Upon completion of the Arise CSP 101 course you can start looking for a client to express
interest in. There are normally 1+ clients that are available for expressing interest in.
- After expressing interest in a client there are sometimes additional voice assessments and
questionnaires or interviews done by Arise.
- After being accepted into a client training will begin shortly thereafter.
This procedure can take between 3 – 8 weeks, from start to finish, depending on the client
selected.
Sometimes getting a client does not happen right away. You must check the Arise
portal a couple times per day to get a client. Some will go quickly.
Fees associated with being a CSP
All fees, except one, is charged by Arise and InvisionVS LLC does not make money off of any fee Arise charges
- Background Check- Conducted by Arise. This fee is payable by the CSP applying.
- $13.95 –$29.95 depending on state. Payable by the CSP applying.
- Arise CSP 101 Training- Charged by Arise. This is the foundation course for
becoming a CSP. Every person that services clients through Arise must take this course.
This fee is payable by the CSP applying.
- $99.00** varies depending on demand. This fee is payable by the CSP applying.
- Client Training- Charged by Arise. Training is normally 3 – 8 weeks on
depending on complexity of servicing client. Training is unpaid, per Arise.
- $79.00 – $279.00** varies depending on client and demand.
- Arise Systems Fee- Charged by Arise. Every paycheck you get is charged this
fee for access to Arise systems and client technical support.
- InvisionVS LLC Management Fee- This is the only fee not charged by Arise.
This is for the management, metrics tracking, payroll and other services provided
by InvisionVS LLC. It will vary depending on the amount of your paycheck. This
fee is charged after all Arise fees have been deducted.
- 9% of paycheck up to $499.99.
- 7.5% of paycheck up to $500.00 – $999.99.
- 6.0% of paycheck $1000.00 and above.
** Due to the system Arise uses costs for getting started to work can be a little overwhelming.
We are here to help you out with this. The applying CSP pays for the $99.00 (or current rate)
Arise CSP 101 training. After the training is passed and the CSP has been accepted into client
training, InvisionVS LLC will refund the cost of the Arise CSP 101 training. When accepted with a
client the applying CSP has to pay the training costs. Once the applying CSP completes the
training InvisionVS LLC will refund you one-half of the client training costs over a period of 6
paychecks (90 days). In the end, all that is out of pocket for the applying CSP is one half the
client training and background check. If at any point the applying CSP quits working for the client before 90 days, the
remainder of the training refund will be kept by InvisionVS LLC.
Virtual Call Center Requirements
The applying CSP is responsible for the following items. For a more detailed description of what is required please see the workstation requirements
here.
- A computer that meets the workstation requirements.
- A plain old telephone line (POTS). No features AT ALL. No voicemail, long distance, call
waiting etc. Nothing on the line period.
- An internet connection that is cable or DSL. No satellite or cell phone internet.
- A backup internet connection. This can be dial-up if needed. If dial-up you must have a
second line to dial the ISP on.
