FAQs

Why work from home? What experience do I need?
Experience in customer service is definitely a plus, but not required. Also, experience in any type of call center does help ease the transition to working at home. Sales experience is not required, as most positions are customer service representatives, providing assistance to existing customer and answering questions about their accounts and/or services. Some clients do have sales positions, in which sales experience is recommended.

How do I apply to become an agent?
Please follow the directions on our application page.

In what states do your agents work? We provide services only in the U.S. At this time, we cannot accept new representatives from: California, Connecticut, Maryland, and Massachusetts. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are already an Arise CSP in one of these states, we will be more than happy to accept you into the InvisonVS team.

What are the hours for working? How many hours can I work?
Hours depend on the client that you select - hours are typically between 8 a.m.-11 p.m.. Some clients do offer overnight hours as well. Most clients require a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, some require more. How many hours you work is up to you, as long as you work the minimum required.

All of the training is conducted online in a virtual classroom. Class times are usually 9 a.m.-1 p.m. or 6 p.m.-10 p.m. EST, other times may be offered. Training lasts 3 or more weeks. For a more detail please see the how it works page here.
